Learn how to effectively work with subtle energies to naturally heal, rebalance and feel well. This Usui Reiki Level 1 Training will be held on: Saturday, 15th February 2025 1pm- 7.30pm & Sunday, 16th February 2025 12pm- 4pm in the beautiful Balanced Bodies Holistic Centre. Reiki is a non- invasive japanese energy healing technique. It provides a gentle but effective way to healing. Reiki helps you to release the seeds of all disfunctions, imbalances and dis(-)eases within your subtle Energy Fields which is the foundation of true healing. Reiki promotes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Through clearing and rebalancing your energy fields the basis of peace and harmony are created within you. Various ailments can improve with the help of Reiki: *Stress and tension *Anxiety/ Fears *Sleep disorders, Fatigue *Trauma/ Grief *Low Energy levels *Pain relief or elimination *Maintaining general wellness *Depression *Chronic Conditions *Improved Immunity *Sooner recovery after surgery This Training course is being taught at a beginner’s level.
